It just started in October of this year...


Supreme Flex Spaces was the first condo-style flex space development approved for zoning in the city of Windsor, and is set to complete phase one by the Summer of 2025. 


We launched the site and shared the development amongst our network... and within 24 hours, five of the twelve Phase 1 units were reserved.  

This was the fastest-moving development Scelta had worked on to date!

Once the excitement calmed down, we sat back and began to realize that there was some serious demand in Windsor-Essex for this kind of development.

Our Experience With Flex Spaces


Scelta is feeling the market demand with how fast those units were reserved. And members of our #SceltaArmy can feel it too.


Because within one month of us announcing Supreme Flex Space to our network, Scelta was approached and contracted to bring three more flex space developments to life across Windsor Essex.
