CASE STUDY
Encore Mechanical was growing fast, but behind the scenes, their systems were dragging. Caught between overpriced big-box software and the manual slog of paper-based processes, their greensheet system had become a daily admin headache. Procore, their existing platform, came packed with features they didn’t use but still had to pay for. What they really needed was something simpler, faster, and built around how they actually worked.
That’s where our team came in. Over the course of several months, we partnered closely with Encore to build and roll out their own RealTime app, a streamlined system tailored to their operations from top to bottom. We didn’t just hand it over. We rolled it out in person, job site by job site, team by team, from the ownership group to the site supervisors, and finally to the field crew. Today, nearly 100 employees use the app daily to keep things moving.
At the same time, Encore saw an opportunity to level up their presence in the market. They jumped into our Brand Launchpad program, creating a sharp new website, refreshed Google profile, and photo and video content that actually reflected the quality of their work. Their brand started working as hard as they do.
Then came the next chapter. Encore was preparing to launch a new retrofit division and wanted to make sure it landed right. We ran a second Launchpad, this time building a full digital campaign with site updates, social content, ad creative, and job site media.
Encore has become one of our closest collaborators. They keep pushing the edge of what's possible, and we’re proud to keep building with them—on systems, on story, and on everything in between.
