Timberland Homes was one of the first builders to adopt SCELTA RealTime back in early 2024, and they’ve been running with it ever since. Known for their beautiful custom homes and purpose-built rentals across Windsor-Essex, Timberland runs a tight ship with a small, skilled team. But managing multiple builds meant their site supervisors were spending hours every day buried in emails and Excel sheets, writing reports, organizing daily logs, and manually tracking site activity.

We partnered directly with their team to change that. Together, we built RealTime around their actual day-to-day needs. Daily weather logs were automated. Site updates were streamlined. Instead of being stuck in the trailer writing reports, their supervisors could stay where they’re most valuable — on site, keeping projects moving.

As Timberland continued to grow, so did our partnership. We onboarded a second supervisor and adjusted the system to support his style of work across multiple sites. Now, owner Gino Piccioni gets clean, automatic reports, and his site leads stay focused on building, not busywork.
